Tener un buen puesto y una buena remuneraci\u00f3n era, para muchos, el destino profesional ideal. Hoy, esa narrativa ha cambiado para el talento. Las nuevas generaciones ya no buscan \u00fanicamente estabilidad econ\u00f3mica; quieren trabajar en un lugar donde puedan crecer, aprender, sentir prop\u00f3sito, construir comunidad y tener balance con su vida personal. Seg\u00fan ManpowerGroup, las y los j\u00f3venes priorizan el desarrollo profesional, el aprendizaje constante y una cultura organizacional con prop\u00f3sito. Esta transformaci\u00f3n silenciosa est\u00e1 marcando un nuevo est\u00e1ndar para las organizaciones que desean mantenerse relevantes en un entorno competitivo y vol\u00e1til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta visi\u00f3n se vuelve urgente cuando, de acuerdo con OCC Mundial, el 90% de los colaboradores en M\u00e9xico considera el estr\u00e9s laboral una raz\u00f3n v\u00e1lida para cambiar de empleo. En el contexto del nearshoring, donde seg\u00fan D&amp;M Abogados, M\u00e9xico podr\u00eda generar m\u00e1s de 1.1 millones de nuevos empleos en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os, el GDC se posiciona como una plataforma estrat\u00e9gica para conectar el talento nacional con proyectos internacionales.
