De acuerdo con el informe de Seguros AXA \u201cSalud Mental en el Lugar de Trabajo 2024\u201d, un 33% de los trabajadores todav\u00eda relaciona estos problemas \u00fanicamente con su vida personal, mientras que solo el 23% reconoce que el trabajo puede ser la causa principal de su malestar. <em>\u201cSin embargo, lo cierto es que tanto los factores personales como los laborales est\u00e1n conectados y afectan nuestra salud mental\u201d<\/em>, asegur\u00f3 Candy Bravo, Ejecutiva de Recursos Humanos en Capgemini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajo este contexto, Capgemini, empresa de origen franc\u00e9s que habilita las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s innovadoras del momento, puntualiza la importancia de crear un ambiente de trabajo saludable al crear talleres donde los directivos participan activamente en la construcci\u00f3n de una cultura laboral inclusiva logrando que cada persona se sienta reconocida y donde el trabajo se convierta en un espacio que impulsa el bienestar y el crecimiento personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl trabajo es una fuente importante de satisfacci\u00f3n personal, pero tambi\u00e9n puede generar estr\u00e9s o ansiedad. Por eso, es fundamental que las empresas jueguen un papel activo en proteger el bienestar de sus empleados, transformado as\u00ed a toda la organizaci\u00f3n. En Capgemini, desde 2021 hemos implementado talleres de liderazgo, inclusi\u00f3n e igualdad de g\u00e9nero que ayudan a nuestros directivos a identificar y gestionar sus propios sesgos\u201d, coment\u00f3 Candy Bravo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) destaca que trabajar en un entorno saludable no solo es un derecho de los empleados, sino una forma eficaz de aumentar la productividad y retener al mejor talento. Seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n, las empresas deben implementar pol\u00edticas que reduzcan los riesgos psicosociales, como ofrecer mayor flexibilidad laboral y prevenir situaciones de acoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa clave para mantener una buena salud mental en el trabajo est\u00e1 en capacitar a los l\u00edderes para que puedan detectar cualquier problema relacionado con el bienestar mental y actuar a tiempo, fomentando una comunicaci\u00f3n abierta y activa en todos los niveles de la empresa\u201d, concluy\u00f3 Candy Bravo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde su implementaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s de 500 colaboradores de Capgemini en M\u00e9xico han participado en talleres relacionados con la salud mental, que incluyen a altos directivos como parte fundamental del prop\u00f3sito de
