A medida que aumenta la preocupaci\u00f3n por el ahorro para la jubilaci\u00f3n, el asesoramiento financiero debe adaptarse y cambiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-modelos-de-jubilacion-en-el-mundo\">Modelos de jubilaci\u00f3n en el mundo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los distintos pa\u00edses tienen diferentes veh\u00edculos para la acumulaci\u00f3n y la desacumulaci\u00f3n de las inversiones para la jubilaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Reino Unido, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La pensi\u00f3n estatal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>las Pensiones Laborales,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>y las pensiones personales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Australia cuenta con la Superannuation Guarantee. Mientras tanto, las cuentas individuales de jubilaci\u00f3n (IRA) y los planes 401(k) son el veh\u00edculo principal en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los planes evolucionan a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, y se ha promulgado mucha legislaci\u00f3n gubernamental para reforzarlos. Uno de estos planes que se ha introducido recientemente en EE.UU. es la Ley SECURE 2.0. Aprobada por el Congreso en diciembre de 2022, es una ampliaci\u00f3n de la ley Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Act, 2019 (Ley SECURE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-un-cambio-en-el-panorama-estadounidense\">Un cambio en el panorama estadounidense<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ley se introdujo en medio de una creciente preocupaci\u00f3n por la seguridad de la jubilaci\u00f3n, influida por los problemas mundiales y los retos econ\u00f3micos duraderos. Como se\u00f1ala una reciente encuesta de US News a 2000 adultos, &#8220;el 50% de los encuestados afirma que tuvo que interrumpir el ahorro para la jubilaci\u00f3n en alg\u00fan momento de 2022, y el 41% de los encuestados dej\u00f3 de contribuir a fondos de jubilaci\u00f3n como 401(k)s o cuentas individuales de jubilaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una encuesta reciente, realizada por YouGov para Bankrate, revel\u00f3 que m\u00e1s de la mitad de los estadounidenses se sienten rezagados en el ahorro para la jubilaci\u00f3n, y casi la mitad no tiene ning\u00fan plan de jubilaci\u00f3n. Esto es especialmente cierto en el caso de los empleados de peque\u00f1as empresas. Uno de los principales objetivos de la Ley SECURE 2.0 era abordar estas preocupaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Es importante recordar que un porcentaje significativo de esta poblaci\u00f3n va a ser el beneficiario de la Gran Transferencia de Riqueza, estimada en cerca de 72 billones de d\u00f3lares. Las empresas de gesti\u00f3n de patrimonios, especialmente las que asesoran a los grandes patrimonios y a la generaci\u00f3n Z y a los millennials, deben ajustar sus estrategias teniendo en cuenta algunos de los importantes cambios introducidos por la Ley SECURE 2.0.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-beneficios-para-todas-las-edades\">Beneficios para todas las edades<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ley aborda diversos grupos de edad. Por un lado, permite que los empleados de entre 60 y 63 a\u00f1os dispongan de un mayor importe de recuperaci\u00f3n de 10.000 d\u00f3lares. Al mismo tiempo, asimila el reembolso de la deuda estudiantil a las aportaciones a un plan 401(k) y permite las transferencias de determinadas cuentas 529 a cuentas Roth IRA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abordar el pago de los pr\u00e9stamos estudiantiles es, como dice el documento oficial del Senado sobre SECURE 2.0, un beneficio significativo para los adultos j\u00f3venes que apenas se est\u00e1n embarcando en el viaje del ahorro para la jubilaci\u00f3n. La ley permite disponer de m\u00e1s fondos optimizados fiscalmente para los ciclos de acumulaci\u00f3n y desacumulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-mayor-papel-de-los-asesores-financieros-en-la-era-secure\">Un mayor papel de los asesores financieros en la era SECURE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En todas estas circunstancias, el papel de los asesores financieros es cada vez m\u00e1s importante. A medida que el espectro de la gesti\u00f3n de patrimonios se ampl\u00eda al segmento de grandes fortunas, maximizar las ventajas de la SEGURIDAD 2.0 se convierte en una parte fundamental del asesoramiento. Como se\u00f1ala un art\u00edculo de Vanguard sobre el tema, &#8220;a partir de 2024, los empleadores tendr\u00e1n la opci\u00f3n de hacer contribuciones a un plan de jubilaci\u00f3n patrocinado por el empleador -es decir, 401(k), 403(b), SIMPLE IRA, 457(b) y planes similares- que igualen los pagos de pr\u00e9stamos estudiantiles cualificados de un empleado, incluso si el trabajador no contribuye directamente al plan de jubilaci\u00f3n.&#8221; Es importante que los asesores financieros est\u00e9n al tanto de estos cambios, para ayudar a sus clientes a optimizar su camino hacia el ahorro para la jubilaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pequenas-empresas-grandes-beneficios\">Peque\u00f1as empresas, grandes beneficios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SECURE 2.0 exige a las empresas que inscriban autom\u00e1ticamente a sus empleados en los nuevos planes (k) y 403(b). A partir de 2025, estos planes comenzar\u00e1n con un porcentaje m\u00ednimo de aportaci\u00f3n del 3%. Tambi\u00e9n se prev\u00e9 la transferencia de los planes de jubilaci\u00f3n de los empleados, especialmente los de bajo saldo, cuando cambien de trabajo. Esto es vital para los ahorradores con bajo saldo, que suelen encontrarse en las empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La 11\u00aa Gu\u00eda Anual de la Jubilaci\u00f3n de JP Morgan Asset Management destaca los incentivos de la Ley para que las peque\u00f1as empresas ofrezcan planes de jubilaci\u00f3n mediante cr\u00e9ditos fiscales. Esto se dirige a casi el 50% de los empleados del sector privado que trabajan en establecimientos de este tipo sin planes de este tipo. Los que cuentan con planes patrocinados por la empresa tienen el doble de probabilidades de ahorrar para la jubilaci\u00f3n. Es esencial que los asesores financieros sean conscientes de este importante cambio y lo integren en su propio asesoramiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conclusion\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La ley SECURE 2.0 introduce cambios significativos que deber\u00edan fomentar el ahorro para la jubilaci\u00f3n de los estadounidenses y se convertir\u00e1 inevitablemente en una parte importante de todas las conversaciones sobre asesoramiento financiero. Las empresas patrimoniales deben prepararse para adoptar r\u00e1pidamente estos cambios, de modo que puedan seguir siendo relevantes y continuar siendo el asesor elegido por sus
