Technical Qualifier and Scheduler (TQS) Database

Typical Job Responsibilities:

    • The responsibilities of Technical Qualifier and Scheduler (TQS) are as follows:
    • To pick the SR tickets and keep monitoring the respective queue
    • Acknowledge SRs
    • Throughout the lifecycle of SRs, send status updates to the customer as per agreed frequency
    • Alter the priority with proper business justification to reflect the exact situation
    • Checking the scope of work
    • Verifying the customer qualification template with chosen service
    • Performing prechecks before scheduling an activity
    • Customer communication, if any additional information or approval required
    • Creation of SID/CR/PID, where applicable
    • Edit the subject line of the Service Request, if it has a risk involved in it
    • Update QT in the ticket
    • Scheduling the activity
    • Availability, reachability over skype/phone/email during the shift

    Technical Skills—

    Good knowledge S/4 HANA, SAP BASIS and SAP FIORI,

    • Experience administrating S/4HANA and SAP ERP/ECC
    • Particularly good understanding of, and troubleshooting skills for: user management, Trust Manager, Security Audit Log, Authorization Objects, and RFCs
    • Strong knowledge of public/Private and Hybrid cloud concepts
    • At least basic knowledge of network and storage concepts
    • Good debugging and problem-solving skills
    • SAP BTP and its integration
    • SAP cloud connector for On Premises system
    • Identify top issues, define service plan, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscape
    • Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions.
