Experience:
  • Directing designs, implementation and support of Cisco Contact Center UC (Voice, Video, Messaging) for expansion
  • Relocation or consolidation of voice infrastructure for all CWC locations
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Cisco environment, including integrations, third-party key such as Call and screen recording, Campaign managers, ASR / TTS, Voice and text analysis
  • Configuration and maintenance of Cisco Unified Border Elements (CUBE)
  • Monitor and identify capacity, quality and performance issues for VoIP traffic to ensure continuous, uninterrupted and reliable operation of systems.
  • Developing budgets for new UC projects and initiatives
  • Documentation, defined and respected processes
  • Provides proactive and committed leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, improve business efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
  • Performs miscellaneous work-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
