As Chief Architect and country lead for the architects community in Denmark I help develop local architects to enable them to support their clients and projects in the best possible way in addition to himself supporting clients in their most challenging projects.
I belong to the Champions community of eAPM, Capgemini’s unique offering dedicated to IT performance, recognized as the only approach on the market to deliver a full-stack view of the application portfolio, in order to optimize the application portfolio management including the move-to-cloud strategy.
I am a strategic thinker who quickly assess the situation and help clients define their vision and the strategic road-map to transform their organization to meet their goals. A strong supporting tool in this work is the TechnoVision trend report.
Before joining, I made a career within IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture both as a consultant and as IT Strategy Director for one of the largest Danish companies. I have been employed in the retail, travel, utilities, government, pharmaceutical and transportation industries before becoming a consultant where I have been working for banking, insurance, healthcare, law enforcement sectors in addition to the industries mentioned.
Recent work includes:
– leading the architectural work for a multinational pharmaceutical company co-developing a novel solution for the industry in partnership with a leading software vendor.
– designing the architecture strategy and processes to match the requirements of a company that was formed as a carve-out from a large Nordic bank.
– ensuring a consistent architecture for the multi-national client across a multitude of scrum-teams working on 15 projects in 6 tracks in a multi-year program to create a digital transformation for the client.
In his spare time he runs trail races at a competitive level and is a member of the board of the local Toastmasters Club, a not-for-profit organization that help members become better speakers and better leaders.
