Splunk Developer(Life Insurance Project)

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Support the full system engineering life-cycle, including performing requirements analysis, project planning and execution.
  • Develop content, create queries, and create/update dashboards using Splunk.
  • Lead working groups and foster collaborative and heterogeneous environments.
  • Provide consulting services as a reliable and validated technologist and Splunk subject matter expert (SME)


Required Skills: 

  • 3-8 years experiences in IT Industry as a Technical Specialist and/or System Engineer.
  • Advanced knowledge of Splunk tools and the ability to develop content, create queries, and create/update dashboards.
  • Ability to recognize and onboard new data sources into Splunk, analyze the data for anomalies and trends, and build dashboards highlighting the key trends of the data.
  • Familiarity with editing and maintaining Splunk configuration files and apps.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders to include vendors, senior leadership
  • Splunk Certifications are desired but not mandatory.


Educational Qualification: 
Any bachelor’s Degree in engineering/Technology, preferably in Computer Science/Computer Applications or any other related study or experiences.

Language: 
Proficient in Japanese and English will be required, at least Business level both in writing and speaking
