Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of the solution implementation with the MNO’s customers.

Solution

A solution for secure fleet reservation and management, based on the intelligent key technology which allows one to lock, unlock and start a vehicle using a smartphone. It allows rental companies to offer their clients a digital alternative, from vehicle pick-up to return, without the constraints of an agency (counters, opening hours, waiting lines, vehicle localization). At the same time, the solution minimizes vehicle down time for maintenance operations (vehicle inspection, cleaning, filling fuel tanks) and enables the development of new business models, such as very short-term rental.

Objectives

  • Support the client (MNO) in designing project implementation
  • In charge of the implementation
  • Support pre-sales activities for the MNO

Activities

  • Support sales process
  • Manage all phases of the project development life cycle (before sale, solution implementation phase, specific developments, support activities, project launch)
  • Conduct business requirements discussions with clients to identify how our solution will enable them to meet those requirements
  • Ensure the streamlining of information flow between customers and the solution teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support and Supply Chain)
  • Closely build strong relationship with the Automotive parts supplier, MNO, and Capgemini.
  • Be accountable for on time solution delivery
  • Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for customers
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction and product adoption
  • Bring value to our clients
  • Feed our product roadmap with feedbacks from customers and from your own experiences
  • Constantly improve our project management processes

Required Skill

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management of SaaS/cloud service
  • Preferred: experience in Mobility or Cloud or Automotive x ICT service
  • International work experience
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Excellent organizational and strong communication skills
  • Proactively seek solutions to problems and propose improvements
  • Fluent in both Japanese (Native or N1 level) and English
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Team spirit, Modesty, Honesty, Boldness, Trust, Freedom, Fun
