Employment Condition: 

  • Fixed Term Employee ( 6 month or 1 year contract to start with)
  • This is a renewable position. We might consider to permanent conversion later based on the one’s performance. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility of Haken coordinator for Capgemini Japan business
  • Maintaining and renewing Haken license
  • Checking if the master agreement and individual agreement are aligned to our standard format and working with legal team
  • Managing the inventory of Haken contract
  • Submitting the mandatory annual documents (dispatch report and financial data) to Tokyo labor office
  • Following up with the concerned team on pending items (eg establishment of safety and health committed by HR, releasing the annual dispatch record and website etc)

Requirements: 

  • Ideally have 5-6 years (minimum 3 years) relevant experience
  • Be Haken trained ideally (if not they need to undertake the training as soon as they join us)
  • Have a good knowledge of Haken law in Japan
  • Have a basic to good knowledge of employment law in Japan
  • Basic knowledge of basic contract law will be advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • Good coordination skills
  • Willing to learn new things and grow quickly

Language Requirement:

  • Proficient in Japanese and English will be required, at least Business level both in writing and speaking
