Corporate Real Estate Services (or ‘CRES’), welcomes and cares for all Capgemini team members and visitors to our workplaces each day across the globe. Building strong foundations since 2016, CRES has an unequivocal mission to centrally manage and deliver high quality, innovative workplaces and to ensure the employee experience is delivered consistently with safety and wellbeing core to that. With over 400 professionals, CRES has experts in workplace strategy, asset managers, project managers, workplace service managers and many more critical roles.

 Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Lead offices operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with office departments on all office requirements
  • Lead the team of office Managers
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained
  • Responsible for office Work Health and Safety standards, withholding compliance and completing office internet and external audits
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
  • Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Review and approve office acquisitions
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Organising company events or conferences

  • Knowledge of WH & S guidelines and procedures
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
