- Evolution of L1 – Strong Windows and VMWare administration knowledge
- Good in troubleshooting and work on tickets esclated by L1 members (Example: blue screen, kernel panic, access issues in case of multi-hops, cluster issues)
- Good operations knowledge with ITIL process knowledge
- Public Cloud knowledge (Azure) is good to have
- Work in 24/7 Shifts
