Job Description
- Day to day maintenance and support of an Windows Server Fleet VMware Hyper V Cisco UCS
- Provide support to assist in the resolution of all category incidents Root cause investigation of major incident
- Create and maintain relevant documentation including Standard Operating Procedures for all platforms and processes
- Must Adhere to Change Management processes Perform On Call support duties
- Participate in disaster recovery test activities Technical Knowledge
- Expertise in Windows Server 2008 2012 2016 Administration and Window cluster Hands experience in VMware Hyper V Administration
- Hands experience in Active Directory Administration Hands on experience in Cisco UCS Administration UCS Chassis M200 Blades
