Job Description

• Troubleshoot Hardware and Operating system related issues 
• Apply proven skills to solve issues related to Windows Operating Systems 
• Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP NTFS share Permissions and Print Services 
• Troubleshoot and resolve general server related issues with root cause analysis Incident resolution user generated and auto generated 
• A strong technical aptitude strong problem solving skills Create and maintain technical and operational documentation 
• Knowledge on backup and recovery and Server Patching process 
• Reasonable knowledge of current hardware and software technologies and its uses 
• Knowledge of ticketing tool any Basic networking knowledge 
• Experience of Remote Desktop Services Basic understanding of Virtualisation technologies 
• Good and fluent Communication Skills
