Job Responsibilities

Location PA Role Wealth Management Project Manger Responsibility

Assist in the design and implementation of investment product initiatives including the enhancement of existing investment product infrastructure automating fund operations fund administrative service support and the adoption of new fund technologies Coordinate across internal functional teams and third party partners to execute project activities related to investment product initiatives Utilize project management tools to coordinate manage and track progress of investment product infrastructure changes including but not limited to fund launches liquidations mergers and sub advisor changes At least 1 of the following

1 Operational knowledge of mutual funds offerings as well as Collective and Common Funds and Alternative and Cayman investment product offerings or

2 Served in a support role for daily cash management activities including handling bank wires collateral management and trading equity index futures for the purpose of cash equitization or

3 Understanding of existing fund processes and procedures make recommendations for improvements and work with the appropriate groups to implement process enhancements on an ongoing basis

Skills

1 to 4 years experience in financial services with a focus in trading fund accounting fund administration or mutual fund operations B A B S in Economics Accounting Finance or STEM Demonstrable project management experience with proven ability to motivate and manage multiple project contributors

Technical knowledge and understanding of various types of traditional and alternative investment structures Knowledge of relevant tax rules and regulations a 

Working knowledge of the operational lifecycle of traditional and alternative asset classes including but not limited to equity fixed income exchange traded derivatives and OTC securities Excellent communication written and verbal skills for internal external audiences as well as strong listening and investigative skills Robust organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities Willingness to take initiative exercise independent judgment and act decisively Experience with JIRA Microsoft Tools Confluence and managing SCRUM teams
