Job Title: VisionPLUS Tech Lead     

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Responsibilities:


Required Skills:

  • In-depth  understanding of the VisionPLUS 8.0+ enterprise architecture
  • Expertise in 1-2 VisionPlus subsystems – CMS / FAS/ ITS – TRAMS/ MBS is must and should understand the overall functional integration aspects of various sub-systems of VisionPlus.
  • Detailed understanding of business processes behind the Cards sub-systems and the functionalities that it delivers – Originations, Account Management, Authorizations, Clearing & Settlement, Disputes, Loyalty, Card Fulfilment, Customer Communication – Statements & Letters
  • In detail understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
  • Hands on technical implementation experience of major V+ installations in a card issuing environment
  • Should have experience of leading a technical-functional Cards team and should have a guided the team from a solution and delivery perspective.
  • Understanding and knowledge on Visa and Master card regulations related to credit cards.
  • Understanding of functional and integration of key interfaces like Credit Bureaus, Fraud solutions like Falcon, Triad & Raptor, Experian solutions like strategy manager and DWH products like Teradata and Informatica.
  • Understanding of COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL and DB2. Exposure on File-Aid/File-Manager, MQ Series, REXX, DB2, TWS/CA7, Batch and Online-Expeditor, Changeman/Endevor.
  • Ability to clearly chart out functional, technical, parameter, environment & interface aspects of the solution when provided with a complex problem or requirement
  • Ability to review requirements, come out with multiple solutions and provide a clear choice decision using factors including estimation, simplicity-complexity of solution and fit into the overall architecture
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills – Articulate and facilitate conversations with business owners, delivery team; client
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude


Desired Skills:

  • Experience of working in an Agile & DevOps Environment is a definite plus
