As a Global SAP partner, Capgemini is one of the world’s largest and most experienced SAP systems integrators, with 17,800 practitioners and over 40 years of experience. We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP and SAP Innovation.

As a Functional Consultant, you are part of a cross functional deployment team which will enable the customer to move from current business processes and operating systems to common business processes, enabled by SAP. Your role includes understanding the site business requirements and performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of processes and testing to insure conversion success. Key deliverables include functional site discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios and you are responsible for knowledge transfer to local business users. The focus of this role is the SAP Order Management (OM) function.

Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration and documentation.

  • Functional role to support the development, deployment and coordination around Veeva CRM.
  • Solid understanding of Veeva CRM and require a very hands on approach
  • Responsibilities include gather requirements, document fit gap analysis, document functional specifications.
  • Strong background and experience across CRM functionalities and general projects 

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

Functional resource with a proven history of providing leading manufacturing, pharma and supply chain insights and being the clients’ trusted advisor.   

7-10 years of overall experience in SFDC and in that 2-3 years of working experience in Veeva CRM, Align, Network and Vault applications

  • Candidate should have Functional & Configuration knowledge on Veeva and SFDC with good trouble shooting skills.
  • Candidate with good knowledge in business functionalities like Accounts, ATL, SAP and Sample Management, etc.
  • Candidate with experience in ITIL Framework Support & Services and working knowledge in client focused environments would be preferred

Candidate with good analytical and trouble shooting skills

  • Knowledge of GXP and Lifescience domain preferred.
  • Ready to work in rotating shifts
  • Veeva has two parts – Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM – this requirement is for CRM suite.
