Capgemini is seeking for UX Designer

 

  • Provides help in creating Ux Strategy and vision for our client s user experience needs Interpreting findings Brainstorming Building concepts Presenting Ux strategy to the Stakeholders
  • Responsibilities
  • As a UX Strategist you will be focused on our customers user experience current and future needs and industry trend
  • This role will help define strategy and design direction and build a highly engaging valued customer experience for Visible
  • You will need to have a precise eye for detail excellent storytelling skills creativity empathy for users and problem solving abilities Lead full cycles of user research from open ended discovery to concept testing including writing surveys and scripts moderating interviews and synthesizing research and data insights that leads to actionable strategic recommendations
  • Work with content to define how content plays a role in the larger vision Coach team members across the organization on design thinking including user research ideation and prototyping Ideate on projects concepts with a strong user centered approach Map out current and future state journey maps and system diagrams document user flows assess navigation and architecture
  • Expert knowledge in user centered design principles visual design user behavior interactions and brand Use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience Question everything Take risks and champion new ideas
  • Qualifications Bachelor s degree in human computer interaction psychology or design related field or eight or more years of work experience Eight or more years of relevant work experience Interactive web design experience
  • Three or more years of experience working with UX design teams and cross functional teams development marketing product ops care etc Two or more years of experience in Design Sprint Workshop participation facilitation
  • Two or more years of experience in designing digital solutions for mobile web responsive platforms including iOS and Android Experience with Miro Figma Jira and Confluence Portfolio Link Even better if you have Knowledge of popular products visual trends and interface patterns
  • Excellent problem solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations Strong negotiations skills
  • Exceptional communication skills Two or more years of creating consumer facing products across multiple platforms Two or more years of turning complex problems into elegant solutions
