Job Title: UX Architect

  • The digital librarian who organizes complex systems 
  • The goal of IA is to decide on how to arrange and build the parts into an easily understood user experience 
  • The well planned information architecture reduces usability and navigation issues 
  • Information Architect use analytics to develop how users experience websites and applications 
  • Work with designers researchers and developers 
  • Ensure that customers can find the products or content they re looking for and that they have the information they need to make an informed decision 
  • At least 8 years of experience 
  • Responsivities Client facing communication 
  • Understanding user centered designed Concept testing Critical thinking 
  • Thought leadership Card sorting Tree testing 
  • Experience developing and managing taxonomies and metadata preferably in an e commerce context 
  • Experience using taxonomies to support product content findability through navigation and search including familiarity with search engine optimization SEO 
  • Experience with ontology content auto classification and or product information management PIM 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders and to successfully find solutions for competing needs and priorities Metadata 
  • Experience with metadata architecture and design and metadata implementation 
  • Experience with metadata implementation maintenance and automation Taxonomy Focus 
  • Deep understanding of taxonomy ontology and vocabulary construction and maintenance 
  • String familiarity with semantic web standards and technology 
  • Ability to investigate and analyze complex and ambiguous information issues and synthesize a taxonomy based solution
