Job Description

• Strong Production support hands on knowledge Good in scripting e g Shell Scripting Python working with Json yaml .
• The primary responsibility of support person is to ensure that production reliability through availability monitoring change management incident management.
• Capacity planning with active contribution in development effort on Automation Work closely with SDLC Engineering and SRE teams.
• Working knowledge of CI CD pipeline toolsets is added advantage e g Jira Jenkins Gitlab Ansible 
• Identify and contribute in area of improvements automation to improve KPIs.
• Review the progress periodically with stakeholders Key Skills.
