Job Description

Articulate the vision and value proposition to senior level clients (process and automation transformation) specifically targeting clients with global business services and/or SSCs
Strong contribution to and best in class insights for an inspiring vision for digital finance transformation and change
Exhibit leadership qualities with client personnel on a day to day basis whilst delivering projects
Actively engage in presales activities and support Senior Executives on pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities to develop sales and commercial awareness/acumen
Demonstrate personal capability and competence in pursuit of outstanding client delivery
Strong contribution and insights on leading practice Targeted Operating Model (T.O.M) design, build and implementation

Strong practical accounting experience in Recrord to Report (R2R/RTR)
Practical experience and good knowledge of SAP or Oracle and tower-relevant enablers
RPA potentials
Proven track of respective towers projects delivery and Leadership skills
13 years of experience in Stream Management or acting as key support to PM / Stream Manager
Proven experience in projects delivery performing the role of key subject matter expert
Excellent analytical & technical skills;
Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation
Very good communication skills (both written and oral);
Ability and comfort interacting with mid-management on client’s side;
Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
Must have experience with process design and documentation
Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
Strong attention to detail
R2R / GL / R2A – with overall understanding of other towers
Process design including RPA implementation
