Job Description

  • Responsible for leading in-house trainings on concepts such as lean, six sigma, Kaizen and TQM for building a culture of continuous improvement within Finance 
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis to identify causes for delays, issues with SLA adherence, inconsistencies in quality of service etc.
  • Lead internal projects to improve turn-around-time, process efficiencies and improve client service
  • Track and share industry best-practices with the Finance team members
  • Design internal work-shops and platforms for sharing new ideas for process improvement within the team
  • Perform a thorough benefits assessment and track quantifiable benefits arriving out of initiated projects
  • Support the Finance teams in identifying improvement opportunities within processes and project manage approved transformation initiatives
  • Publish weekly and monthly dashboards on performance and support  in tracking key associated performance metrics

Primary Skills

  • To create a culture of continuous improvement  by leading transformation exercises and driving suitable behaviours through reward and recognition programs
  • Lead development of in-house finance processes frameworks for all internal processes across towers

Secondary Skills

  • Develop strong governance mechanisms and quality check parameters for ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues in financial transactions
  • Prepare processes for resolution of escalation for functions pertaining to internal customer issues
