Job Description

Job Title: QA Lead
Location: Oaks, PA (Remote till Covid ends)


•    Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a QA Tester
•    Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA Test Lead
•    Experience in leveraging on shore off shore staffing for QA activities
•    Experience and knowledge in full SDLC and STLC
•    Linux knowledge is a huge plus
•    Strong experience with SQL scripting
•    Experience with test tools such as Selenium WebDriver, BDD, TDD frameworks is a huge plus
•    Proven experience leading test teams
•    Ability to work with business resources and vendor
•    Should be able to understand the technical details of the products and assist development team in troubleshooting general and production issues
•    Experience working with HP LoadRunner for Performance Testing
•    Experience with writing clear concise and comprehensive supporting test documentation
•    Ability to resolve conflicts and issues
•    Ability to escalate issues when required
•    Ability to triage with other teams, Business SIT and development to resolve issues
•    Experience developing test frameworks and test cases using open source test frameworks is preferred
•    Technical background with a strong understanding of DevOps practices preferred
•    Experience with testing front end and backend APIs of Web and Batch applications
•    Good understanding of RESTful API and SOAP web services
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Involved in testing web services using JSON requests with Postman SoapUI
•    Experience with test management tools JIRA
•    Advanced knowledge of common software testing procedures and methodologies
•    Familiar with new innovative trends or tools in the QA industry
•    Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while driving resolution and getting results
•    A good understanding of continuous integration and deployment processes
