Test Lead (Siebel) – 6 to 9 yrs – Pune


Job Responsibilities

Primary skill:ECC, Avaya, IVR, ALM, Testing
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Responsible to manage the testing for CRM (Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics and some legacy) applications for a bank in Singapore
2. Prepare test strategy, planning and execution
3. Review test cases, and execution
4. All reporting internal and external – Status, metrics, financials
5. Responsible for due diligence and come out with the application transition plan
6. Responsible for testing service on the agreed SLAs
7. Responsible to manage and optimize pyramid
8. Manage profitability of the project
9. Responsible for implementing transformation activities and levers in the project
10. Work closely with client in making testing successful
Required Skills 1. Need deep domain knowledge in CRM and Customer Management apps typically used by a bank
2. Repository System
3. Incentive and Compensation Management System
4. Wealth Management Systems
5. Bank-based CRM Solutions like Siebel and/or Microsoft Dynamics
6. Enterprise Contact Center, IVR and Avaya Interaction Center
7. Call Management Systems including Call Recording, Call Quality Monitoring, Call Logging and AutoDialer etc
8. Work Force Management
9. ALM Testing
10. Should have Test Management experience and good customer management experience
