Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
You will research, develop and employ a range of innovative and strategic sourcing strategies and campaigns to match high performing, values-aligned candidates to open assignments. You will be in constant contact with talent in the areas in which you specialise, building and refining warm talent pipelines and communities. A typical day might find you…
- Working closely with Recruitment Partners on detailed job briefs
- Writing compelling ads and working out where to advertise to get the best results
- Using technology to search the world for the right candidates and building warm pipelines
- Floating a fabulous candidate you have just found to Recruitment Partners
- Contacting, phone screening and shortlisting candidates for open assignments
- Booking and co-ordinating interviews and assessments
- Refining and updating ATS and LinkedIn talent pools
- Providing advice to stakeholders on market data and candidate trends
- Attending events to network and identify new candidates

You are driven by the buzz of finding the perfect person for the role and making both candidate and hiring manager very happy! You are curious, confident, friendly and empathetic with first class comms and a knack for extracting the information you need from a prospective candidate. You have a love of self-learning and will work with the team to continuously drive improvement initiatives. Team culture is so important – we are a large, busy and dedicated team passionate about quality recruitment methods and candidate experience. We help each other out when needed and we make time to have some fun.
You will need to have some skills in most of the following areas:
- Skilled at assessing technology candidates against job briefs – overall capability not just experience
- Ability to develop creative multi-channel talent sourcing strategies
- Expertise in building candidate networks and pipelines and maintaining them online
- An appreciation for employment branding and leveraging for candidate campaigns
- A medium level of competence in recruitment technology eg ATS, AI matching, CRM, Linkedin Recruiter, Video interviewing, Onboarding, Boolean searches, behavioural assessments etc
