Who are we looking for?
  • Electrical/electronical background
  • English B2, German C1
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Very good customer service skills and client-focused attitude
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing schedule of tasks

 

What will you do?
  • Handle technical product queries from partners
  • Responsible for Customer Support concerning technical issues for PV Modules and PV Inverters
  • Assist during the configuration of solar systems
  • Answer anvanced technical support questions about solar installation and maintenance
  • Document all call notes
  • Customer RMA (Return Material Authorization) handling including assigning RMA numbers from CRM system, entering RMA's in the CRM system, organizing RMA's orders and shipments in ERP system (Oracle) and close in timely manner
  • Preparing slides for the troubleshooting meeting presentation, active participate in the troubleshooting meetings
  • Providing aftersales technical support and related logistic tasks to the Client's customers (both installers and end-customers) in photovoltaics area
  • Supporting pre-sales technical requests
  • Flexibility to support tasks of other departments
