This is position is for Technical Project manager with SALES FORCE knowledge at Global payments Atlanta Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as a technical project manager for the Salesforce application delivery/maintenance team
Understand current state of Salesforce platform and help vendors for any required efforts related to implementation and communicate best practices in Salesforce use, data management, and reporting
Manage ongoing support and platform administration to quickly fix production issues with Salesforce and provide on-going maintenance
Hands-on experience with creating reports, designing and developing dashboards, and data management/manipulation
Excellent proficiency salesforce in managing workflows, assignment rules, field creation, mass update/upload tools, automating backups, permission sets and field tracking
Manage and enforce the CRM Change Management Process from development sandboxes to Production. Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested, and approved before being deployed.
Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements and Maintain a well-organized and positive work environment
Skill, Experience & General information Required:
Salesforce Admin/Developer with prior experience
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Loader, Visualforce, Apex, APIs, Integration,
• Must hold Sales force Advanced admin or admin/developer certification
• Exposure to the Payments industry.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• BS degree
