Job Title – Technical Product Manager/Technical System Analyst
Location – Alpharetta, GA or Toronto, ON

Job Responsibilities

 

Gathering detailed requirements in the form of use cases or functional specifications and process models Capture of user interface requirements Contribution to and leadership of requirements workshops with the client taking on some facilitation responsibilities as necessary Contribution to business development activities such as participation in Product and Sprint backlogs and DDD sessions Comfortable with collaboration open communication and reaching across functional borders Troubleshoot and test all features systems and functionality of end product Listen to feedback and design future iterations of the products and systems Communicate effectively with both internal staff and external clients Primary Skills Digital Payment experience is must specifically in Wallet domain Strong stakeholder management and client facing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced knowledge of and ability to perform analyses such as GAP analysis process mapping root cause analysis risk analysis and requirements gathering Awareness of appropriate technology solutions Has a technical background Sucah as on Java Spring boot etc or experience as a IT business analyst or technical software engineer specifically around Wallet Solution development Awareness with Leading API solutions MuleSoft Apigee WSO2 Azure AWS Experience of Agile methodology Experience with Rest APIs Well versed with Microservices design principles Working understanding and knowledge of cloud IaaS PaaS SaaS Experience on CI CD Tools Should have good analytical skills in trouble shooting testing solution development Good judgement in containing the scope of work Typically able to work as part of an analysis team in a structured environment utilizing contemporary tools Agile and techniques
