Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge Center to ensure the courseware is relevant and in line with latest
released version of software that is currently being deployedSupport
improvement of training material and collaterals (such as lab guides) to ensure
that the improvement feedback is effectively implemented and resolvedSupport
training instructors to complete all necessary class administrative functions
like development and maintenance of class timing to schedule, keep project
attendance, class room reservationsConduct
classroom and virtual training as scheduledProvide
floor support for the teams assigned and report progressLead
Workshops with assigned teams to provide hands on guidance and supportDemonstrate
team how a specific capability can be operationalized using toolsPilot
tools capabilitiesTroubleshoot
in event of tool issue/failure to resolve the problemTroubleshoot
conflicting requirement and resolve Resolve
assigned teams concerns by communicating and working with specific technical
