Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and document inputs, feedback, deliverables, and conversations from various meetings including architecture walkthrough, feature writing, feature review and detailed design
  • Maintain initiative roadmaps, schedules, and dependency relationships.
  • Create frequent project communications.
  • Conduct regular meetings with initiative product team & cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure Global Project Teams technical delivery matches market expectations.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues across project team.
  • Project budget creation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead and participate in conference calls with various global stakeholders.
  • Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Translating strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Developing strategy and creating buy-in for the project vision with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Working closely with varied internal, external, local and Global teams to deliver with quick ‘time-to-market’ and optimal resource management.
  • Running of workshops and key meetings to get cross-functional alignment at a senior level.
  • Acting as a project advocate to build awareness and understanding within the organization.
  • Align with project managers and team leads to ensure consistency of processes, critical issues, and reporting.
