Cloud Service Delivery (CSD) provides client advisory services in Project Delivery, Software Development, System Integration and DevOps leveraging a range of open source, proprietary and emerging technologies. We partner with our clients to develop their cloud strategy, cloud-native solutions, and iPaaS integration and event streaming solutions providing innovative insight and expertise from across our global capability.

 Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

Exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Technical Business Analyst based in Melbourne to work on a financial services cloud-solutions project to deliver excellence at all levels and work closely with both the client stakeholders and our internal Capgemini team. You will utilise your proven Technical BA capabilities to work closely with the project team in gathering requirements and delivering on our client’s requirements. Your ability to navigate complex environments and managing stakeholders will be critical in the success of this project.

  • Perform research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical projects

  • Assist in business Change Management activities
  • Help the project meet schedule, business and budget objectives
  • Provide leadership assistant to several other analysts in planning, analysis and execution of plans
  • Focus on the people side of change in the area of systems and technology, processes, job roles and skills, as well as organizational structures
  • Increase employee engagement, and in the same vein empower senior management as change sponsors
  • Work to drive ultimate utilization, faster adoption and higher proficiency on change impacted on personnel in the organization in order for business results to be achieved

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst is crucial to successful deliver
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability to work with various levels of stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud applications, technical requirements, API requirements and data mapping
  • Proven experience with BI tools and capabilities (e.g. reporting, querying, dashboards, data mining and data representation)
  • Clear and articulate written and verbal communication
  • Knack for problem solving and navigating complex and challenging situations to provide solutions 

Permanent Residency or Australian Citizens are preferred for this position.
