Location: Client's office in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire

An overview of the role

You, as 2nd level support specialist, will receive, troubleshoot, process, and resolve Support Requests and Incidents which require on-site help or have been escalated to 2nd line by Service Desk team. Being a part of global team, you will be also be engaged in global and local projects.

The Work

•    Provide on-site support for one of our clients in office based in Haddenham 
•    Process and resolve incidents and service requests requiring on-site work or deep knowledge about systems/processes 
•    Image and configure PCs/laptops and applications for users 
•    Provide on-boarding trainings for users 
•    Act as 2nd line of support for site in Haddenham (on-site) and for other sites (remotely) if required 
•    Work with other teams supporting our client on incidents/requests 
•    Participate in global and local projects
