Overview of Role :

Dynamics of the Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will work with fellow
technology and business associates to implement business strategies through
best practice architectures, tools, and frameworks which provide the company
with integrated digital, web, and social media business capabilities. You will
be getting in on the ground floor as TransUnion looks to expand and consolidate
its corporate marketing capabilities to our locations around the globe. You
will directly impact the marketing architecture and will architect and build
state-of-the-art user engagement solutions that feed our analytical

The Team’s Focus

The eCommerce Development team is the group within IT that
partners with Marketing to provide the technology expertise to implement the
marketing strategy.

How You’ll

•             Design
and implementation of global marketing solutions utilizing best practice
architectures, tools, and frameworks.

•             Analyze
developing technology trends and plan integration into the marketing strategy
using a disciplined architectural approach.

What You will Bring:

•             10 years
of experience in an IT Service Delivery and Solutions Architect role

•             BS and/or
MS in computer science or equivalent experience.

•             Experience
working with digital asset and web content management systems (deep experience
with the latest versions of HP TeamSite / LiveSite required)

•             Solid
experience in Web 2.0, Web Services, Mobile, Social Media, Digital Marketing,
SEO, SaaS, etc.

•             Experience
designing on premise and/or cloud-based solutions for digital marketing

•             Experience
with marketing research and analytics beyond generic data-warehousing and

•             Understand
how data from upstream sources are used for marketing as well as how raw
marketing data is provided to downstream insights-generation processes

•             Strong
ability to understand the different types of data that marketing organizations
need to mine for consumer insights and the ability to adapt this thinking as
new paradigms emerge in our end user audience

•             Hands-on
experience in working on digital properties, including but not limited to
display marketing campaigns, search (SEO and SEM), relevant experience
interfacing with and utilizing social media tool sets: e.g. (Facebook,
LinkedIn, Twitter and others), mobile applications, blogs and widgets

•             Experience
with digital marketing capabilities with a good grasp of the content life-cycle
issues within the marketing area, especially involving modern digital marketing

•             Experience
working with marketing teams – in an IT role supporting marketing teams,
working in an ad agency in a technical capacity, or directly within marketing
as an in-house technical lead

•             Must have
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
