Job Description
- Provide system operation support as Full Level Service, which must guarantee availability and usability of the Teamsite CMS environment until the lifecycle of the same is ended.
- Proactive review of the failure trend analysis and review of the monitoring.
- Analyze key performance indicators and proactively respond to potential problems.
- Execution or termination of processes, utilities and applications at the request of the responsible person.
- Management of data / table areas (HCMD)
- Perform standard operations such as daily system health monitoring, log file cleanup and SSL certificate checks.
- Technical user administration (e.g. machine user)
- Capacity and backup planning, monitoring, testing, system recovery.
- Provision of on-call service outside the regular service times for accepting and processing malfunctions with "critical" and "high" severities.
