To be able to speak with your team members about their daily work and role, and bring insightful opinions to the table, is a deciding success factor for team cohesion, member satisfaction and low retention.
Digital Architect team, containing architects of varying skillsets, enterprise, solution, cloud, integration architecture. From an experience point-of-view, senior architects (and upwards) make up the team. In your role as line manager, you will be responsible for giving direction and utilizing team capabilities to support deliveries to our clients.
We’re looking for a Team Manager passionate about leading and developing people. The work is done in close co-operation with the other team managers, account teams and delivery manager and you will belong to the management team of Digital Customer Experience (DCX) and Customer Software Development (CSD).

- Recruitment and responsibility for strategic and marketing competency composition within the team

DCX / CSD offers IT services that support our customers’ needs in the digital area in terms of minimizing costs, increasing efficiency and flexibility and creating competitive advantages. We work with large global companies and Swedish authorities by offering them services for the entire life cycle, from planning to realization and management, including further development.
This role is part-time role and you will also work as a consultant with deliveries to our customers.
- A well-established network with customers in south Sweden
- Relevant university degree
- 8+ years of professional experience in the IT industry
- Experience of working as an architect in client deliveries
- Profound competence in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Integration skills (good to have)
