• Experience in managing the team as a team leader
• Fluency in English
• Very high level of communication and analytical skills
• Unusual customer service skills and client-focus attitude
• Ability to enhance process and controls
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
• Flexibility and ability to implement changes in very dynamic HR environment
• Ability to work under pressure

 

What will you do?

 

• Supervising the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the Client, within agreed SLA’s
• Acting as a SPOC for the client local teams
• Managing processes according to Capgemini methodology
• Managing daily issues and escalations
• Reporting, analyzing data and observing trends to drive and introduce improvements and innovations
• Building positive and supportive team culture and helping team improve efficiency
• Keeping all required process documentation up to date
