Core Services is home to business specialists who support the UK business and the global teams based in the UK. Its aim is to provide both the processes and framework that underpin the business and specialist expertise to support functions.
Main Purpose Of Role
You will work within the Nairn based HR/Payroll team to ensure the delivery of the payroll service to 7000+ UK employees. Provide support and guidance to the Core team on new legislation and updated processes. Actively encourage team members to identify process improvements and ensure adherence to SLAs, Policies and Legislation. Provide expert advice and support on escalated queries to HR Managers and the business.
• Provide Specialist advice to the business and manage complex payroll issues/queries
• Apply accounting standards and ensure audit standards are met
• Provide team guidance and first level management
• Proactively identify process improvements
Skills and Experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work and complete tasks to tight deadlines
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral
