Job Role: Talent Management

Job Descripition: 

Key Responsibilities:

Work in the Talent Management Team for one of the largest business verticals within Capgemini and be responsible for delivery of Talent management related functions across the globe including 5 continents and 20 countries.

Job Responsibilities


Key activities will include:

  1. Manage Performance Management & Drive Talent Identification process globally
  2. Work closely with L&D team to manage Leadership Development offerings for Top Talents
  3. Should be able to independently manage end-to-end Sr Management Promotion process including Assessment Centers through external vendors
  4. Work closely with the BP HR team to identify candidates who should be sent for any Top Talent programs
  5. Manage the entire operations of Talent Management function independently including data management, MIS, analysis & presentations
  6. Independently run various Talent Management projects from time to time across geographies in collaboration with various functions within the organization (L&D, BHR, D&I etc)
