What we have for you?

You will get to work in a dynamic environment in a fast-moving sector of IT consulting. We are a truly international company with French roots and flexible working culture. We are fun to work with and experts in our field. Our new anchor point is in Ruoholahti where we have our newly renovated, inspiring office with the spa & wellness area.

You will get a role where you play a big and important part in meeting our recruitment targets. You will be responsible for our candidate pipeline and experience by opening new job ads, sourcing candidates from Linkedin and other channels, being in charge of the communication to our candidates from the beginning of the process until the end, handling the recruitment process in our ATS and by participating in the interviews.

Your focus is in our Cloud Infrastructure Unit and Sogeti. Sogeti is our Unit focused in information system quality assurance, testing and cyber security services whereas Cloud Infrastructure Unit’s focus is in transforming and managing the IT infrastructure landscape. You drive independently forward the recruitments of these units but of course you have the full support of our TA team as well as Sogeti and Capgemini HR teams.

You use your creativity when the old methods do not work anymore, and you want to keep on learning new and staying on the top of the game. You have experience already from tech recruitment and especially sourcing and you enjoy working in a hands-on recruitment role. You speak and write both English and Finnish fluently.
