We value knowledge of:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field;

  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience in the IT field;

  • Good understanding of recruiting processes and tools;

  • Experience in IT consulting or outsourcing;

  • Attention to detail and good organization skills with the ability to manage priorities;

  • Strong communication skills to deal with different national and international stakeholders;

  • Interest in working in fast-growing company and working in multinational team;

  • Capability to conduct screening calls and interviews, support hiring managers and advise stakeholders in the process;

  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;

  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
