Job Overview:

You will be part of our clients global team responsible for providing IT support to the rates business and ensuring system stability for all rates owned processes and applications.

Project / Service Description:

Production service support analysts work in a highly dynamic, international environment, interfacing directly with both the business and cross-regional project teams, identifying and prioritizing business needs, and ensuring those needs are being met by the organization’s systems and support infrastructure


  • Front office desk and system support
  • Incident management, analysis, documentation, and resolution
  • Production data control, environment management, system configuration, and operations
  • System monitoring, ready for business checks, and escalation
  • Business and system flow analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, and project support
  • User management, setup, configuration, and recertification
  • Change management, release implementation, and post-release testing and verification

Requirements (indicate any mandatory and/or preferred credentials):

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good written and verbal English language skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Japanese speaking, reading and writing ability
  • Proactive, with the ability to multitask and handle time pressure
  • Strong sense of problem ownership and the ability to prioritize well
  • Accustomed to working in Linux, Unix, and Windows server environments
  • Proficiency at understanding, writing, and using SQL
  • Fixed income product and business knowledge


  • Experience working in the financial industry, especially in fixed income technology
  • Experience writing and using batch/shell scripts in Linux, Unix, and Windows
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MSSQL and Sybase
  • VBA programming skills in Microsoft Access and/or Excel
  • Experience working with support tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in a support, testing, design, or development role
  • Familiarity working with middleware solutions such as TibRV, EMS, and MQ
