Graduate and/or above
If Candidate is ITIL Certified will be advantage however its not mandatory.
Key Skills Required:
Knowledge of below technology/tools will be added advantage
- BugZero for Tickets
- Putty – vi editor
- Resource should have good communication skills, email writing and analytical ability.
- Having Insurance (Healthcare domain) background will be added advantage
Other Mandatory Details
- Basic knowledge of UNIX and Mainframe is required.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Should be flexible for 24*7 shifts
- Resolution of Service Desk Tickets.
- Communicate status and resolution to customers.
- Determine the source of the issue, reason(s) for the problem and complexity of the resolution.
- Recreate scenarios in test environments, troubleshoots system failures, works with technical staff and vendors to determine root cause and resolution.
- Develop adhoc queries and reports based on the needs of the business.
