Graduate and/or above

If Candidate is ITIL Certified will be advantage however its not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of below technology/tools will be added advantage

  • BugZero for Tickets
  • Putty – vi editor
  • PQ/SQL
  • Resource should have good communication skills, email writing and analytical ability.
  • Having Insurance (Healthcare domain) background will be added advantage

Other Mandatory Details

  • Basic knowledge of UNIX and Mainframe is required.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Should be flexible for 24*7 shifts

Job Description

  • Resolution of Service Desk Tickets.
  • Communicate status and resolution to customers.
  • Determine the source of the issue, reason(s) for the problem and complexity of the resolution.
  • Recreate scenarios in test environments, troubleshoots system failures, works with technical staff and vendors to determine root cause and resolution.
  • Develop adhoc queries and reports based on the needs of the business.
