Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) 1.0, 2.0 and Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding1.0 and 2.0 expert who has minimum 7 years of SuccessFactors experience with 5-7+ full life cycle Employee Central as a lead and 3+ Onboarding implementation and 1 Support experienc
  • Hands on experience in, Employee Central and Onboarding/ Offboardin
  • Good Knowledge of integration from Onboarding to downstream system 
  • Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
  • Experience in integration design
  • Good knowledge in Onboarding/ Offboarding processes, its feasibilities and limitations
  • Hands on experience in creating panels, designing and mapping pdf forms, configuring New Hire activities and Employee portal for multiple countries
  • Must have worked on MDF and Foundation objects, Position Management, Event Management, Business Rules, Workflows, Data Models, Picklists, Role based permissions, Instance Sync, Release Management and Translations. 
  • Must have worked on Position Management, Global Assignment, Reporting, Time-Off, Timesheet 
  • Good knowledge of XML
  • Experience in Integration center, SuccessFactors APIs, Integration with 3rd Party system 
  • Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities
  • Should have thorough understanding of EC integration with other SF Talent management modules
  • Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts
  • Must ensure high quality and on time delivery of project requirements based on established scope schedule and cost parameters
  • Should be able to understand the functional requirements from the client and prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed
  • Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design
