Experience (Tasks and Responsibilities) Involved in at least 1 E2E implementation/support project involving Employee Central.

Should have strong knowledge and experience in EC –Time-off Requests, works schedule configuration ,Accrual Processing, Time approval workflows & Flexible Overtime Calculations and Time Profile set up.
Should have strong knowledge and experience on Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, Time Off, OData APIs, Reports etc.
Able to manage client escalation and expectation with strong communication skills
Must be able to map the requirement in Functional Design Document or Business Process Design

Must have a Roll Out experience -> Proposing Data Migration Approach, Highlighting the risk and issues 

Education Qualifications Any Graduation
Certifications Valid Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module
Travel and others Travel may be required depending on the project needs.

Able to work independently on the relevant SF module. Very good Communication, Team Player, Problem Solving, customer handling. 
Preferred
