(Roles and responsibilities)

  • Accountable for BU Demand Fulfillment – end to end irrespective of whether it is internal or in external queue, right from demand capture till allocation
  • Ensure fulfillment for the Accounts and BU by working with options within the available pool, roll offs, proactive hiring
  • Track and publish Fulfillment Report
  • Keep a close tab on ramp-ups and ramp-down and facilitate associate movement within the BU/account where there are requirements/needs across location
  • Interface and coordinate with Account PMO, Practice Staffing, BUC and recruitment for above activities
  • Managing Roll-offs within BU and creating Roll-off reports
  • Managing internal rotation within BU across geographies



Job Specification

(Skills and Qualifications)

  • Should have good working knowledge of FS GBU applications and processes – INFORM, ISW, IRW, Clarity
  • Should have excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Should have ability to handle resourcing / staffing / communication
  • Should have excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills
  • Should be hardworking, flexible and attitude have for Collaboration
  • Should have expertise in MIS Reporting and Database
  • Should have hands-on experience in creating reports
