  • Experience Heavy experience in various financial analysis
  • Proven PMO Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in collaborating with PMO team is stationed in different geographies


Roles Responsibilities

  • Collation of data points to executive friendly reporting outputs
  • Resource planning and fulfilment
  • Project code creations and extensions
  • Creating and publishing various reports roll off updates
  • Time compliance Dashboard Weekly Resource data Demand and Supply Dashboard
  • Closing all returned time reflecting under account achieves target to 100
  • Controlling RCP Resource Capacity Plan between Account and client which is base for invoicing
  • Invoice reconciliations and approvals
  • Doing Forecast and financial analysis F vs F and A vs F
  • Managing Work Orders with respective Engagement Managers for their Portfolios, Infrastructure Management for existing and new resources
  • Creation of Impact Models for various projects
