Location: Charlotte, NC (presently WFH – relocation required post-pandemic)

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Configure Customer Data Platform from end to end including but not limited to Integrations data transformation Audience Set up Activations Journey Orchestration etc 
  • Provide guidance and technical expertise about CDP components framework its technical features and limitations 
  • Creates robust and automated pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured data from source systems into customer data platforms using batch and streaming mechanisms leveraging cloud native toolset 
  • Able to design efficient data collection and transformation logic set up attributes create audience definitions data enrichment rules etc 
  • Perform end to end testing to ensure the configuration has been done as per business and technical requirements 
  • Performance tunes queries and stored procedures to keep databases and applications optimized 

Skills 

  • 5 years Experience of implementation and Operations of Digital Marketing Data platform from vendors like Adobe Salesforce Tealium Google Analytics or other Tag management Systems- Certifications preferred 
  • Solid understanding and hands on experience with SQL Knowledge 
  • Experience of Master Data Management Concept ETL Cloud based data processing systems etc  – Preferred experience in setting up and working with Cloud infrastructure 
  • Experience in systems integrations using APIs SDKs Connectors etc or via CSV JSON XML types of files
  • Preferred experience in Customer Data Platform Management Custom CDP Solutions SaaS CDP Solutions such as Tealium AudienceStream Adobe AEP Salesforce Segment Arm Treasure Data BlueShift SessionM RedPoint etc 
  • Experience in implementing operating Data Management Platforms DMP such as Salesforce DMP Snowflake DMP SAS DMP Cloudera Data Platform 
  • Excellent problem solving skills and critical thinking
