Duties and Responsibilities:

– Interacting with client Technical team and end users to gather relevant information required for creating solutions

– Take technology decisions; assist in technology evaluation, making business cases for technology decisions

– Collaborate with Salesforce Architects at client Asia HQ in Hong Kong to understand the Global Salesforce Design Guidelines. Then work with client teams in Tokyo to ensure design compliance

– Stakeholder management and reporting for client to address technical issues of the project

– Participate in Design reviews and ensure mapping to project requirements

– Provide Salesforce Architecture / Design related solutions to the existing Salesforce developers (client + vendor teams)

– Ability to coach tech leads, team members on various aspects of system design and development

Requirements and Qualifications:

– Solution Architecture Experience (5-8 years experiences will be required)

– Experience in planning High Availability and low Failover Applications, Logical Architecture Design, Performance / Capacity Planning

– Design review experience

– Expertise on Salesforce APIs

– Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

– Insurance Industry Experience will be a plus

– Good Coordination skills

– It is desirable to have a good understanding of Agile development and DevOps

Language Proficiency:

Proficient in Japanese and English will be required, at least Business level both in writing and speaking
