Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, deliver application enhancements and support activities including Coding and root cause analysis.
Architecture Reviews and Performance reviews for code drops.
Conduct and participate in Joint Architectural Design sessions.
Oversee ALL Salesforce application implementations. 
Drives meeting between the client, Third Party Vendor, and offshore teams to discuss product support activities, incident tracking and discuss dependencies & issues.
Primary for Salesforce application design, support and Administration.
Monitor and steer daily production and batch Jobs to ensure a clean and completion of batch by effectively addressing the production and batch issues within agreed SLA’s.
Increased emphasis is placed on processes for an optimized product performance and permanent solution to errors in the system.
Involving in Release support / Firmware Upgrade / Firewall upgrade / Vendor Upgrade activities by validating the applications to ensure it is not impacted due to the release or upgrade activity.
Assist several In-House teams such as Middleware, SOA, Testing, external 3rd party systems and so on to address the critical issues in short time to ensure smooth flow of business.
Review of the work done by off-shore and resolving functional, technical and application specific queries.
Prepare a report for performance tuning, error scan and product defects.
Meets with client business analysts, and client’s technical teams to propose solutions, seeking clarifications, understand the new business enhancements/ requirements.
Prepare test cases and executes test cases, support vendor releases and Incident tracking.
Weekly/Daily status report preparation.
Preparation of Knowledge Transfer documents, Document of Understanding As required
Provide 24 7 operational support on holidays and weekends and as and when business demands.
