General information Required:
Experience in installing, patching, and supporting Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
in a private cloud environment Experience working with additional
virtualization technologies, VMware is preferred.
Hands-on experience in open source technologies like, Docker, Git, Springboot,
Understanding of cloud application design principles such as 12 factor apps
Broad knowledge in systems monitoring, alerting and analytics (Wily,
AppDynamics, Logstash, Splunk, etc.)
- Work with teams managing underlying IaaS (Azure and vSphere) to
perform capacity planning and to coordinate platform scaling tasks.
- Manage availability, issue, problem, change management
processes for Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Should have experience with UNIX Infrastructure support
and Have exposure to administer UNIX servers and provision virtual
machines as needed
- Have led an global ops team as well as knowledge of VMWare
- Experience in Automation Scripting using BASH / Python/Ruby
- Should have strong presentation skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices like Jenkins, Chef/Puppet
would be a plus.
