Technical skills – J2EE , JSP,

 – 10+ Years Job Description –

• Development/ Enhancement of web
applications involving, Core Java, Struts , Springs, workflow applications and
web services.

• Good understanding for the
frame works and its usages such as Ajax, AOP, Java Logging, JAXB

• Analyze, Modify ORACLE PL/SQL
stored procedures and Development of SQL statements to support rapid response
report needs or production support.

• Knowledge of Best Practices in
JAVA and PL/SQL and should be able to guide/mentor the team to adhere and
implement the same.

• Ability to work on Performance
Issues is a mandatory requirement

• Should be able to
program/develop independently (many assignments would be single person project)

• Excellent Leadership,
Management and Communication Skill.
