Social Media Analyst

Job description


You will be part of the global Marketing & Creative Services team and will be responsible for working with marketing teams (onshore & offshore) supporting both, web and social media analytics by:

  • Industrializing and generating meaningful KPI dashboards.
  • Collaborating with teams to assist with data collection and reporting
  • Sharing cross-channel performance reports
  • Understand the overall digital landscape of the organization as well as that of key competitors


Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Analysis

  • Independently working with multiple teams to gather requirements for listening projects
  • Developing project plans/ proposals for implementation of activities
  • Developing custom dashboards for regular (or as required) & precise reporting of all social media listening projects
  • Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends on social media channels and content
  • Providing actionable insights based on the available analytical data
  • Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.
  • Communication
  • Working closely with the digital & marketing teams
  • Collaborating with the analytics team and social media team
