You will be part of the global Marketing & Creative Services team and will be responsible for working with marketing teams (onshore & offshore) supporting both, web and social media analytics by:
- Industrializing and generating meaningful KPI dashboards.
- Collaborating with teams to assist with data collection and reporting
- Sharing cross-channel performance reports
- Understand the overall digital landscape of the organization as well as that of key competitors
Reporting and Analysis
- Independently working with multiple teams to gather requirements for listening projects
- Developing project plans/ proposals for implementation of activities
- Developing custom dashboards for regular (or as required) & precise reporting of all social media listening projects
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends on social media channels and content
- Providing actionable insights based on the available analytical data
- Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.
- Working closely with the digital & marketing teams
- Collaborating with the analytics team and social media team
